Job Description:
1. Execute the work instructions and tasks of the company leaders, be directly responsible for the company leaders (vice president of operation), ensure the safe, normal and efficient operation of the company's production system and equipment, and be responsible for the overall management of subordinates and equipment systems of the company;
2. Responsible for formulating the implementation plan of maintenance, maintenance and transformation of the company's system equipment to ensure the energy saving, high efficiency and normal operation of all the company's equipment systems.
3. Construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and maintenance of production line projects.
4. Revised and archived equipment management related implementation plans, system documents and documents.

Qualifications:
1. Male, bachelor degree or above (material engineering, electrical automation and other related majors), excellent candidates may relax the age and educational requirements.
2. Responsible for the preliminary planning of the company's equipment entering the factory and the overall management of the equipment installation, debugging and maintenance with the equipment manufacturer to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment production.
3. Have rich experience in the operation and maintenance of lithium cathode material equipment, and have the ability to effectively guide and train subordinates and management.
4. Experience in lithium battery production equipment management is preferred (working experience in leading enterprises in negative electrode industry such as Betri, Zichen and Shanshan is preferred).
5. More than 3 years of experience in lithium battery equipment, lithium material equipment and production process management; experience in negative electrode material equipment process is preferred.
6. Experience in new factory production management and team building is preferred, identify with corporate values (willing to grow and develop together with the company and win each other, optimistic about the development of lithium electricity/new energy negative electrode materials).
