1. Fully responsible for the work of production management of the company;
2. Effectively complete production tasks through planning, organization, coordination, management and other means to ensure the smooth achievement of production targets and cost control targets;
3. Responsible for implementing process specifications and quality requirements in the production process to ensure product quality;
4. Organized and coordinated production, carried out 6S management and implementation and supervision of lean production;
5. Participate in cause analysis of defective products or abnormal production and specify countermeasures;
6. Participate in the evaluation and improvement of production process, efficiency and cost, and review and implementation of audit plan;

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Age and education requirements may be relaxed for those with work experience in the same industry). ;
2. Familiar with the production process and equipment of lithium battery anode industry, with more than 5 years of related work experience, including more than 3 years of similar position experience;
3. Familiar with production operation and management of manufacturing enterprises, with rich experience in production management, cost control and overall operation;
4. Good planning ability, guidance ability, decision-making ability and organizational management ability;
5. Proficient in computer office software;
6. Experience in production management and team building of new plant is preferred.
7. Working experience in negative lithium battery industry is preferred.
