Proposed research direction:
(1) Development of anote materials for high-performance lithium battery thin film;
(2) Test and evaluation of power supply and battery cell, and failure analysis of battery cell;
(3) The comprehensive performance of lithium-ion batteries is improved.

(1) Major in electrochemistry, materials science or applied chemistry, experience in lithium battery research is preferred, and relevant technical knowledge of coating is preferred;
(2) Aspiring to develop lithium anode materials, those who can work independently and endure hardships are preferred;
(3) Value-added or special skills (such as CAD, 3DMax, etc.) are preferred;
(4) Have the ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and spirit of cooperation;
(5) Those with research achievements in the early stage are preferred;
(6) For those with overseas study experience, the company will assist to solve the Shanghai hukou.
